Been seeing Anika for a few months now and had another tailored session today on my neck/back/shoulder. She takes time to explain what she is doing and answers any questions. She also follows up with some video links and excercises. Would highly recommend Anika

I saw Anika today as I have neck pain made worse by years of biking and the aging process.
Following some discussion around the specifics, Anika got to work.
Following the hour long session I felt immediate benefit around my neck and already feel like I have a better range on movement.

I had my 3rd massage with Anika today. When I started going a few weeks back I had a lot of tension in my neck. I couldn't move my head from side to side very well, after my first session I got in the car and realised I could look around without having to move my body.
My hips give me a lot of pain and with the work Anika has completed I find the pain has definitely eased off. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I've just completed a block of three sports massage sessions with Anika, and I can't recommend her highly enough.

She has an incredible ability to pinpoint exactly where the problem areas are, finding knots and tension that I didn't even realise I had. Each session has been tailored to what my body needed on the day, and I've noticed a real improvement in my movement and overall comfort.

She takes the time to explain what's causing the problem, guides you through the treatment, and gives practical exercises and advice to do at home to help relieve the pain and prevent it from returning. It's a holistic approach that has made a real difference.

Anika offers first class treatment, whatever the issue. She actively listens, taking on board what you are saying and adapting the treatment accordingly. I have seen a huge difference in my movement and flexibility, following treatments with Anika

Anika is great, she adapts the treatment to what you need. I have had neck stiffness and a lot of pain in my back. After treatment my neck has had so much more movement and my back has not been as sore.
