Returning to Anika as she always knows how to work out the recurring issues I have with my neck and leg muscles. I feel so much looser after just 1 hour session and she’s always great at advising what additional steps I can do, like specific stretching, to reduce the chance of further strains to my body. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
